I have a 7 yer old that JUST FINALLY got diagnosed with ALL the things your daughter has but my son doesnt hear voices (that i know of yet ) I have tried for YEARS to get him help and i have gotten nothing but a runaround. As of this week they recommended that he be put in a residential treament facility - (he would live basically on lockdown and only be able to leave on good behavior ) I do NOT agree with this and stated that i would prefer a day treatment program and continued therapy at home - we ALL left the meeting in agreeance - THEN the councilor who was supposed to be helping me called DSS on me and now i cant remove my son even if i wanted to and she stated that if the STATE agreed with prtf then they would PUT him there - no matter what i say. OMG - what do i do? DO i have ANY rights? I feel SO outraged and that my son is being "kidnapped" from me - WHAT DO I DO!?!?!
